COVID-19 Infection Control Training

By completing ATL’s COVID-Safe Infection Control program , you can contribute to ensuring your workplace is hygienic and COVID-Safe. This course covers the requirements of HLTSS00066 Infection control Skill Set (Food Handling), a program designed to upskill workers and manage risks arising from COVID-19.
This program is specifically designed for hospitality workplaces. Developed in response to the Government’s workplace restart guidelines, it addresses the specific requirements for making your workplace COVID-19 ready, and health and safety requirements of the National COVID-Safe Workplace Principles.

- Signs and symptoms
- How is it spread?
- Keeping safe – protecting yourself and others
- Handling waste
- Hand hygiene and care of hands
- Best practice virus and bacteria infection and control
Cost: Fee Free for eligible NSW participants*; $380 fee for service (for group bookings, contact us for a quote)
Study mode: face-to-face in your workplace and self-paced via distance
Duration: Full Day
(Homework is required to be completed prior to attending the course and is sent when the booking is made)
On completion of this training you will receive a Statement of Attainment for HLTINFCOV001 Follow infection control policies and procedures, and HLTSS00066 infection control (food handling) skill set.
